Kindness Now is a journey through the traditional Buddhist heart practices known as the Brahma-Viharas -- Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Appreciative Joy, and Equanimity -- the essential teachings for a successful meditation practice. Throughout the 28-Days of guided meditation practice, you will learn to become a kinder, more compassionate, and radically loving person.
Using Sqaurespace, we created a tranquil and loving community space for the author, Amanda Gilbert, along with seekers and spiritual guides to converge around this book’s topics and ideas.
